Terms of Service
These terms apply to RxDrills (rxdrills.com), operated by Oleksandr Bilohubov (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.
1. What RxDrills does
RxDrills is an independent practice tool for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE): practice questions, timed practice exams, a top-drug trainer and pharmacy math drills. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
2. Your account
Full access is tied to the email you use at checkout. You sign in with a one-time link sent to that email. Keep your email account secure; you are responsible for activity under your access. Access is for your own personal study: don't share it, resell it or copy the question bank.
3. Study content
We check facts against the sources linked in the app, such as FDA drug labels, RxNorm and the Code of Federal Regulations. We still can't guarantee that every item is error-free, and we don't promise that you will pass any exam. The content is for exam preparation only and is not medical, legal or professional advice.
4. Prices and payment
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our merchant of record, which may appear on your statement. Prices are shown on the site before you pay. Full access is sold as one-time passes. A 30-Day Pass or a 90-Day Pass gives full access for 30 or 90 days from the payment; buying another pass adds its days to the time you have left. Until You Pass is a one-time payment for access for as long as RxDrills operates. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews or charges you again.
5. Refunds
Refunds follow the refund policy. In short: a full refund within 14 days of buying a pass if you have barely used it (no more than 50 questions answered and no full practice exam submitted, as recorded by our server); a full refund if there is a technical problem we could not fix; and the Pass Guarantee, which extends your access for free (it is not a cash refund) if you don't pass the PTCE after answering every question in the bank. In other cases a pass that has been used is not refunded. A refund takes back what that pass gave: its days, or lifetime access for Until You Pass. Refunds are paid through Creem to the original payment method. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
6. Data and privacy

7. Availability and changes
We work to keep RxDrills available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We add and update content over time and may change features. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
8. Liability
RxDrills is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
