Privacy
RxDrills (rxdrills.com) is operated by Oleksandr Bilohubov (“we”, “us”). It is a study tool for the pharmacy technician certification exam, and we collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- Your email, when you buy, sign in or ask for the study plan. We use it to give you access, send sign-in links, receipts and, if you asked for the study plan, at most one email a week about new questions. We never sell it.
- Payment details are handled by our payment partner and merchant of record, Creem. We never see your card number; we receive your email, the plan and the payment status.
- Practice activity in your account. Our server checks your answers, so it records which questions you answered, your practice exam scores and how many flashcards and math problems you did each day. We use this to show your progress, to apply the refund policy and the Pass Guarantee, and as a record if a payment is disputed. Flashcard boxes and score history for the screen also stay in your browser's local storage.
- IP address, device and account actions. To protect against fraud and payment disputes, we keep the IP address and browser (user agent) of checkouts, sign-ins and practice sessions, together with what happened in your account (purchase, sign-in links sent, sign-ins, exams, refunds), for up to 18 months. This record is kept in our daily backups and is shared only with our payment partner Creem if you dispute a payment.
- Anonymous usage analytics through DataFast: pages viewed and actions such as starting practice or choosing a pass.
- Ad click identifiers (for example utm tags or a Google click ID) if you arrive from an ad, so we can tell which ads are useful.
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 180 days. It holds no personal data.
Deleting your data
Email hello@rxdrills.com and we will delete your account and email within 7 days. We may keep the fraud and dispute record described above until its 18 months run out, where the law allows it. Payment records kept by Creem follow Creem's own retention rules.
