Refund policy
Passes are one-time payments, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. To ask for a refund or the Pass Guarantee, email hello@rxdrills.com from the address you bought with.
1. Changed your mind: full refund within 14 days
You get 100% of a pass back if you ask within 14 days of buying it and you have barely used it since: no more than 50 questions answered and no full practice exam submitted. Our server checks every answer, so we see these numbers in your account and decide from them. Each pass has its own 14 days.
2. Pass Guarantee: didn't pass the PTCE? We extend your access, free
If you don't pass the PTCE, we add 90 days of full access for free so you can prepare for your next attempt. To qualify:
- before your exam date, you answered every question in the RxDrills question bank at least once (your progress is shown in the Account tab);
- within 30 days after your exam, you email us your official PTCE score report showing that you did not pass.
The Pass Guarantee is an extension of access, not a cash refund.
3. Technical problems
If something in RxDrills doesn't work for you and we can't fix it, we refund you in full.
4. Everything else
In other cases, once a pass has been used, payments are not refunded.
How refunds work
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment partner Creem, usually within 5–10 business days.
- A refund takes back what that pass gave: its days, or lifetime access. Other passes you bought stay, and your free practice stays available.
- Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
